"Lovely Hotel. Staff were lovely especially the night shift guy at reception as we turned up at 3am and he we went out his way to help us and was always so friendly at reception and the kitchen staff also so nice. Brunch served daily 8am to 1:30pm. Lovely and fresh and plenty choice. Hotel is really pretty especially in reception lobby with a nice bar and seating. They play locely jazzy style music gives it a great vibe. Would definitely return. Thank you!"

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"The hotel was newly refurbished for 2026 but was already showing signs of wear and tear. The bathroom is a pod and my wife found it very difficult to enter and exit. Unfortunately all the accessible rooms were taken. It was OK for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful we could not have asked for better. The food in the cafe/restaurant was different but excellently cooked and presented."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
