"The hotel itself is updated and clean. The room was spacious, and housekeeping came daily. We enjoyed the coffee and apertivo in the lobby every afternoon. Everyone was kind, pleasant, and helpful. The location is right next to the train station; the neighborhood can get a little rough at night. The fitness centre, unfortunately, is in one word: disgusting. It clearly has not been cleaned in years; the treadmill is caked in old sweat. There is a towel basket, but no disinfect spray or fitness wipes (I have never encountered this in a hotel is this caliber around the world) so the benches and machines are also filthy."

"Views are the main event at this hotel but not too far behind is the helpful staff: friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Amenities are great - my favorite the beach club. Shuttle takes you to the beach, they greet you, provide towels, you take two separate elevators down the cliff to the beach and subbed, umbrellas are ready for you. There’s also a bar and cafe on premises. The pool is incredible at the hotel and again the views from there are amazing. Overall 5-star experience."

"A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel."

"Great location, right in the bay of naples, beautiful views for breakfast. Generally a very comfortable stay. The swimming pool was tiny and you needed to book, so we didn't end up using it. Tea and coffee making facilities but no milk in the rooms - you have to ask at the bar for milk - little things that they could easily give you instructions for in your room! Sadly the cleaners managed to wrap up one of my daughters teddies in the washing - but it did get found and is now being posted home - they were very helpful in finding the teddy!"

"The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend."

"Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer."
