Hidden Gem
We really enjoyed this place. It is spotlessly clean and modern. The staff were really nice people, very helpful, just a pleasure to deal with. Comfortable modern rooms, very well designed to make a small space very useable. Wonderful shower! It’s a little far from the downtown area, about a 20 minute walk, but there is a bus and cabs. We would stay here again anytime.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was included and it was excellent! It was a bit of a walk from the main area of Sorrento but no real problem and the area was quiet.

Very friendly and helpful staff/ receptionist. Nice pool and breakfast, quite local 15 minute walk from the main square. Overall good experience with hotel Isabella.

Hotel Isabella exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We were hesitant to book at first due to the lack of reviews and the fact that it was a new hotel. However, it ended up being our favorite accommodation over our whole 20 day trip throughout Europe. The place was spotless, the rooms were perfectly designed with clean/modern touches, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was SUPER friendly and informative - the list goes on. The pool was a nice bonus after coming back from hot days roaming throughout Sorrento. It's about a 15 minute walk from the town center and a 5 minute walk to one of the Sorrento beaches which was all very convenient. Even though it wasn't in the core of the town, its very unlikely that I'd stay somewhere else if I ever ended up back in the Amalfi coast. Don't hold back - if the price is right, book this place :)

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was really clean and everything is to a good standard. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They work long hours, but always have a smile on their face and can’t do enough for you. My only issue was the noise coming from the room next door. We could hear their TV through the wall. (It was like it was on in our room) I don’t think it was the volume, just that the walls are a little thin. I did speak to reception and they spoke to the occupants and were very apologetic, but it made no difference.

Well refurbished with a very comfortable bed and good AC. Nice to have a pool but it would look better with some greenery around it.

Fräscht och nyrenoverat
Nyrenoverat och fräscht hotell i lugnt område ca 10 min promenad från Sorrento. Fint poolområde, bra frukost med allt man vill ha och mycket trevlig personal. Trevligt rum med liten balkong.

Rekomenderas mycket bra hotell.
Jättefint hotell med bra service. Rent och snyggt i hela hotellet. På frukosten finns allt du behöver. Bra pool och det finns tillgång till parkering. Mycket Bra och inget att klaga på.

The hotel was very nice overall, located at the perfect spot between Sorrento and Sant'Agnello. Hotel Isabella sports very nice, professional, well-mannered and always ready-to-help personnel. Apart from that, the hotel is new and clean - our room was all shiny and nice, which is something very important after a sunny day at the beach. The breakfast was also very pleasant, providing a variety of food items, with a very nice deserts. We would for sure recommend Hotel Isabella as a place for stay, thanks to its convenient location, decent staff, generous breakfast and pleasant atmosphere!
