There was a smell outside as we were having dinner on the terrace. The waiter told us the city had routed the sewer system. That is going to be very tough for the hotel.

Hotel Villa Garden is a gem! We loved the room, the pool, the restaurant (including breakfast buffet) and most of all the view! The hotel is close enough to Sorrento but far enough to feel relaxed away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

The staff were the friendliest and most attentive of all the hotels that we stayed throughout our two weeks in Italy. The room was large, impeccably decorated and designed and comfortable. The breakfast was great and again the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Grazie mille to Villa Garden for our stay!

Amazing spot in Sorrento! Wonderful hôtel, with a stunning view of Capri and the coast. Quiet spot, about 30 minutes walk to the center of Ravello. The terrace in front of the hotel is amazing, the pool and gardens are very nice as well. I highly recommend if you look for a unique hotel, in a quiet and safe place.

The hotel was quaint, clean and meticulous to the last detail. The staff were extremely personable and accommodating. The pool was a nice retreat. Breakfasts included and very nice with ocean views. Restaurant with food served on the boardwalk patio was great, and enjoyed the sunsets! I would not only stay here again, but plan a trip back to the area in order to be able to stay at this hotel!

I cannot rate this hotel and it's staff highly enough. We were here as part of a larger trip (5 hotels) and this was by far our most favourite. I think the number of guests who were here on their 2nd and 3rd stays says it all. The family and their team were so lovely and friendly. Suffice to say that another stay was already booked before leaving. Thank you again all.

An absolute delight to stay at the Hotel Villa Garden. The staff are very attentive and cater for your every need. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the pool area is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom facilities perfect. The cliff top location next to the sea offers stunning vista’s over the Bay of Naples. Difficult to find fault with this place it is simply stunning and my family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you.

The hotel property and staff were outstanding. A beautiful boutique hotel right on the bay. They have a small cocktail area on the water to have drinks and watch the sunset with Mt Vesuvius in the background. I had left an item at our previous location and the front desk managed to get the item back for me before we departed. Upscale, private, yet convenient to restaurants or a nice walk to Sorrento.

Clean and quiet hotel. Beautiful location to watch the sunset but a long way away from the main square/restaurants/ attractions. 30 minute walk or €25 taxi. Would have given 4 stars but a negative interaction left me feeling like I was trying to be scammed. I do not recommend booking an airport transfer through the hotel, they attempted to charge us double the agreed upon price due to our flight being delayed 7 hours stating the driver made two trips to Naples from Sorrento. However our driver told us he was aware of our delay and was tracking our flight from the day before and knew of our new arrival time. We also had to wait more than an hour for our transfer to arrive. Very frustrating experience. While I know the driver is independently contracted through the hotel, it was a very negative experience to have a delayed checkout and an argument to end our experience.
