"Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "

"This place is charming and absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom & tub were amazing! Immaculate. The staff is the real stand out-- incredibly warm, courteous and helpful. It was some of the best customer service we encountered during our entire time in Italy. Can't say enough good things. You'll be charmed by the view and the garden and the breakfast offerings.
