"Lovely accommodation about 30 minute stroll to square of miracles and the leaning tower of Pisa. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing which was disappointing was extra cleaning charge for using kitchenette which was advertised when we checked in. We didnโt use kitchenette."

"I donโt usually write reviews but the quality of a property really shows when the unexpected happens. The rooms and pool were great and big, and the food poolside very good. But what really impressed me was Ireneโs responsiveness on some early hiccups and when my wife got very sick, Federica at the front desk was a model of care and hospitality. Immediate responses to any requests, a good English speaking doctor in our room within 90 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable rate. Generous flexibility with checkout to help us get back on our feet. Housekeeping going to extra mile to manage our needs during illness. Thank you to all the staff and especially Frederica for all your kind care."
