Clean property, friendly staff, the guy at the counter in the afternoon was very professional and courteous. I like how respectful the staff was and didnt rush us out when we were running late to check out. 10 stars to Hampton Inn.⭐️

I got admitted into the wrong room and someone else tried coming in my room while there. The attendant gave me the wrong number and I had to keep going back to the office to get a new key and a new room. It was terriblr

My experience at this hotel was average. One of the main drawbacks was that breakfast was not included, which I consider a basic service in most accommodations. In addition, the cleaning service was not as frequent as expected, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. We also had a hard time finding the place, as there was no visible signage or clear identification, which caused some confusion upon arrival. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are several areas that need improvement.

Room service was hit and miss , sometimes you get towels sometimes you don’t. Parking was not available one night but was for the other nights. Room was very clean and well maintained. Front office staff were very friendly and helpful.

It says they serve breakfast but they didn’t served during the days I stayed. It also says it has a pool and spa, but it is cover with concrete. They check me in incorrectly so my card was not working the second day. They also did not clean my room. The day I arrived the housekeeper open my door when I had like 30 minutes there for cleaning. But they did not clean the next day. Customer service was very poor. They looked like they had no idea of what they were doing.

There was so many inconveniences starting with the parking lot and having to move my car to a different hotel lot. Having to use the back exit to leave. My hotel key card reader wasn’t working had to wait an hour and a half for “maintenance” to come and fix it. They mentioned breakfast and the pool was included, they didn’t have breakfast (tried offering me a water for the inconvenience) and the pool was nonexistent. Seemed like the place was under renovation, which in my opinion not the greatest place to stay at during a time like that.
