Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.

Place is beautiful but the bed it’s super uncomfortable two twin beds attach each other is better to have a queen bed or a king bed but everything is beautiful

The igloos were very unique. The view of the volcanos was mesmerizing and the staff were very sweet. The restaurant had delicious food as well.

Everyone is very friendly and provide an outstanding service. Downside: the hotel do not honor what they offer. Our cabin didn't have wifi and they refused to provide the free breakfast offered.

The staff has among the nicest people we’ve ever encountered. While you are on a secluded areas and only one restaurant to eat the accommodation were excellent and the view is breathtaking. There are many activities to participate in and reasonably priced. Definitely a must stay in hotel.

Very disappointing stay. The photos on Expedia are misleading and do not reflect reality. The listing shows beautiful views, but the actual room had no view at all just a concrete patio, retaining walls, dirt, and trees extremely close by. There was no Wi-Fi, which was not clearly disclosed before booking. When we arrived, our assigned parking spot was taken, and it took a long time for anyone to help resolve it. The bathroom sink had no working water, and only one bathroom had hot water, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the door lock was damaged and extremely difficult to use. We are fairly certain we slept with the door unlocked, which felt unsafe. Between the misleading listing, lack of basic amenities, poor maintenance, and safety concerns, this stay was not worth it. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

I had a bad experience. The place was hot inside and we couldn't open the windows there were no screens in the window. Also, when it start raining, we got so much water inside the place. Even my little girl she fell down.
