"Pros: Breakfast included and it has endless options. Very good! Internet is fast. Good tv options. Airport shuttle: every hour on the DOT. Left at exactly 12noon. Con’s are only because I have 3 kids.- the pool is about 4ft 5in all over. No shallow end. No music plays at the pool, and there are signs that ask you not to play any music. - we took a taxi to go shopping around town: the hotel orders it for you and the same taxi driver that drops you off, picks you up. But I would visit and stay again. Clean, friendly and very helpful. "

"The complimentary airport shuttle service was excellent and very helpful, especially for very late arrival flights. The shuttle driver would hold a sign with your name waiting for you. The breakfast was very good."

"You must be very careful at this hotel. I was robbed and kidnapped on the premises. All my belongings were stolen, and the hotel did nothing. I sent a letter explaining my situation over a month ago, and I still haven't received a response. The security at this hotel is terrible. They let people into the hotel who stole all my belongings. The police recommended I change hotels. It has been the most unpleasant hotel experience I've ever had."

"The staff here are exceptional! They go above and beyond their jobs to make their guests have a good experience. I literally dropped a tiny sim card chip on the lobby floor and they joined me on hands and knees looking for it and had the entire staff available come help. Now that is what I call service. We have returned here a few times now because of the good experiences and fun pool for the kids. Thank you Radisson for all you do! "
