"Had to wait two hours in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. When we got to the room the bathroom especially the tub was dirty. Painting is chipping everywhere, floor has crack in titles and will cut you. The door to the patio was also broken. Wish they also listed the place does NOT have a/c. "

"We had an amazing stay at Alfagar Village, the facilities for families were excellent, and the ability to check in early and late was very much appreciated. The golf buggies to transport us and our luggage around the site was great too, as were the beautifully maintained grounds. Keep up the good work!"

"loved that we can book different cuisine for evening meals all decent take on the options available, staff were really attentive at hotel and restaurants, in particular the buffets as these would get VERY busy at times Kids loved the Kids Shack, great idea, always seemed well stocked Liked that mostly "reserved" towels were moved by management on occasion so that there was a fair chance for all to get a space by the pools. "A comfortable hotel (despite the absence of plate and cuttlery for breakfast on the first morning. It was obvious the ladies serving breakfast were rushed off their feet and had run out of plates, which, at 8.30 AM should not really happen so maybe the hotel needs to look at providing the staff with what they need, including possibly another member of staff to help!) The room and bed was very comfortable,, the bathroom was clean, and the hotel location was brilliant, literally around the corner from the pedestrian shopping area, and within a 5 to 10min walk from the marina and the old town. Would highly recommend for a quick escape / city break!"

"The staff were super friendly, very welcoming & we’re always around if you needed anything. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area, and you’re only a super cheap Uber away from the Old town, and Marina, both are also very walkable. There are some incredible restaurants around, some of the best food I’ve ever had. I can’t comment on anything past the breakfast at the hotel, as I didn’t eat in, apart from the breakfast as it was included & that was very good, starts your day off right. Beach was really quiet, so no fighting for a good spot or bed, overall I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back here and recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for a great holiday. "

"Beautiful property. Breakfast was amazing! The spa service was so great, I got a massage and extended it because it was wonderful. The pool areas were clean and very well maintained. The resort is conveniently close the beach, you are able to access the beach from the hotel. It was easy to get a car service to different nearby areas. "
