Afternoon check-in receptionist was very confusing to me explaining how i was being charged . Other than that room was very clean , roomy with microwave and Mini frig.Pool was heated to perfection and hot tub also. Breakfast was Basic , breakfast room very clean and organized. Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn
Checked into two rooms for a night. Bathrooms were clogged. Bath tubs are not clean. Room telephones were out of service. Very slow room service.
