Check in lady was brilliant. Took a lot of time with us and explained everything about the hotel and surrounding area. Nice clean communal areas and lovely room.

A great hotel with lovely facilities. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are superb, the rooms are large with all you need and beds comfy. Will definitely return here again

The room was okay and cleaner than expected, though better on my previous visit. Alex was outstanding and deserves special mention. Breakfast was great. The sky bar party let the experience down — staff weren’t welcoming and made us feel like outsiders.

Enjoy a round of golf in Santa Brigida at Real Club de Golf Las Palmas. Stroll along the beautiful beaches or visit the spas in the area.
Start was blighted by poor preparation of the property. No hot water and wifi. Pool needed daily topping up due to leak. Newly installed shower trays did not allow water to drain away and caused flooding. Memory foam mattresses uncomfortable.
A lively and friendly town.
