"The staff were really what turned this four star experience into a five star experience (thank you very much for the room upgrade when I informed of the anniversary celebration). The staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel has plenty of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, the coffee station at reception, the made to order eggs and fresh orange juice being squeezed at breakfast! The rooms are tastefully designed, and you can really see how the hotel tries to make everything special through various efforts. If there is one negative I had to think of, it is the toiletries. If the shampoo and body wash were minis instead of one huge refill bottle, it would be more sanitary. 100% recommend this hotel."
