"we always stay here but this last time the front desk lady was giving us such a hard time with check in! at the end she ended up getting her manager and it was resolved. the pool bathroom is absolutely filthy but you can’t blame the property only. the rooms in the main building are updated but the ones on the other building aren’t."

"The pictures definitely got me on this hotel/motel. After arriving the room wasn’t what we were expecting at all. Our room was definitely a bit older and on the decline needing some repairs or remodeling. Carpet was worn out and into the bathroom. The bathroom was not the cleanest or nicest, shower curtain almost falling off the wall dirty corners and just not the most pleasant of stays."

"We arrived 40 minutes prior to check-in time. The clerk on duty turned me away without even calling to determine whether a room might be ready. She stated that the hotel had been full the prior night and we could not check in 40 minutes early. I understand this was within the hotels written policy. However, it was very unhelpful. The premises is getting a bit tired looking and could use a refresh. We have stayed here at least 6 times in the past but will not stay there again."
