"Great staff, really enjoyed each and everyone, but one must remember where in the world they are. The hotel is on well tended gardens, nothing spectacular, but remember where you are. Unfortunately they need to upgrade, maybe it’s not possible, who am I to assume? One, two days max is enough, we actually left for other areas for the day. Just a note the food is average but not bad, drinks are amazing. "

"Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Would definitely return. The breakfast could be improved. But overall five stars. The front desk clerk Edith is a sweetheart. "
"Leon was very communicative throughout the booking.
We STRONGLY recommend meeting Leon in the town for transportation or escort up to the lodge for initial arrival. It is a very steep climb. The path gets smaller as you go higher. There are no signs letting you know if you are on the right track. Our navigation told us we had arrived when we still had further to go.
We rented a 4X4 in Panama City specifically for this booking.
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the climb up to the location. It is very difficult for someone not familiar with the area."
"I've learned to be cynical about hotels, but Hotel Los Brezos was a very pleasant surprise.
The room wasn't big, but very nice, with excellent maid service.
The restaurant was great, and we're picky.
We'll be back in Volcan, and we won't dare stay anywhere else."
"This property is beautiful. Is a space to relax. If you are a couple and have friends, you want them there so you can share a awesome time. The view and the weather is awesome. I will return soon that's how good the experience was."
"Room was clean. No breakfast served but coffee in the reception area where there are also breakfast snacks available for sale. The staff was amazing!"
