"Amazing staff, everyone works with a smile on their face! Very clean in all areas. Quite a dark room with a lovely large bathroom. Running water noises heard from other rooms and banging doors were a bit annoying, but otherwise the rooms were well soundproofed from road noise. "

"Did not have breakfast at property, as there are a couple of nice coffee-pastry shops across the street. Very poor information regarding the street to hotel since it is open only to local traffic, one needs assistance from hotel to open it!!! The underground parking was outside the oldtown but very tight spots, make sure you do not rent a large car."

"No kettle in the room, but at certain hours of the day you can get free hot water in the lobby bar. Hotel is fine but we didn’t like the area, it did not feel safe."

"Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night. "
