"Amazing service! We got in earlier then expected and our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us to a suite for no charge so we would have a room on time. Absolutely love the service provided here!!"

"I left and did not stay at this hotel because it seemed dirty, run-down, old, and unsafe. The carpets in the hallways were very dirty. The room has a musty stench. It was so close to the freeway that I could hear all the traffic inside my room. It did not look nice from the outside. It should have been priced much lower."
