Segnalato alla struttura, ma siccome avevamo provveduto noi alla pulizia della stessa non ci hanno effettuato nessun rimborso ( spese pagate per la pulizia €50)"

"The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Other than that: there was no W-Fi, not enough light in the kitchen area, the bathroom was incredible small, hardly one can seat on the toilet, the shower box was very small and extremely slippery. "I absolutely loved this Hotel. It was quiet, quaint, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right next to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to a bus stop. I'm American, so I may be wrong about the bus stop. Always check. The room was clean and perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Ferrara. Grazie! "
