"Terrible experience, they had no hot water the entire weekend and were rude when asked for what solutions they were offering. Brought a bucket of dirty hot water up to my room. Nothing to scoop it with. The room is super outdated, bed very small and there are no plugs to charge your devices. Need to move the bed to get access. Also there is no view as the windows are super high above the floor so you can’t see anything. It is also very loud at night from whatever is happening at bars near by and the door has a 2 inch gap from the floor so you can hear everything happening in the hallway and other rooms. The lobby is cute and the restaurant is always good. The valet staff were great but everyone at reception was rude and inconsiderate. Never again, not worth it stay at a cheap hotel instead."
"Well, to start the room I reserved was not available. It was a mess so the replacement room was not what we needed with 2 kids. They had to sleep on the floor which was not ideal. Interaction with all of the staff was great. I would say that the pool needed attention. It was really dirty when we were there. The food in the restaurant was good, but I thought it was a little overpriced. It's location is at the edge of town in a industrial area so if you don't have your own transportation then you will need a taxi to go anywhere. In saying that, I would stay there again in the future if I find the need."
