"Friendly host who was very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. Located just a few blocks from the historical district. On your way there, you'll pass wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, and convient stores. This place is in a great location and having garage parking was a real plus. Absolutely a beautiful room and very clean. I was very impressed and highly recommend staying here."

Ground floor rooms have thin walls .every time some one walks by or sits at lobby it's too loud. Manager said she knew about this but didn't help. 3 floor rooms too small to ven walk around no place for suitcase . 4 floor room are more expensive but I really liked this room. "Mi esposa y yo recomendamos encarecidamente este lugar. Es una hermosa suite y centro de bienestar, se encuentra en Polanco. Las habitaciones están limpias. El personal es amable y profesional. La ubicación es muy segura, y el personal del restaurante Raíces es muy complaciente. La elección del desayuno fue genial, pero queremos reconocer a todos los empleados de este restaurante, especialmente a Mari, Alejandro y Letty, por el gran trabajo que hacen.
