"Room was clean enough but everything was super run down looking. The door had run a path in the wood/laminate floors. Dressers had new stone tops but they were not secured. Lights did not work consistently, mattress base was ripped and tattered, shower grout was black and orange with sediment all over, shower head was caked in sediment, shower head was on an adjustable pole and would not stay in place. Bathroom mirror was a thin peice of mirror barely hanging on the wall with an uncentered unsecured glass shelf under it that sat above an old and abused vanity that has scratches all over it and wood filler and exposed wood on one side like it had been chewed on by an animal or something The property boasted a court yard for gathering and it was the sadest weed covered cement area with a beat up corn hole game and broken furniture I’ve ever seen. Our TV only had a few channels and could connect to Netflix but it was google TV that hadn’t been updated probably since it’s purchase years ago so it kept clitching and pausing and not responding to the remote. The only positive thing about this place was the proximity to the beach. Being right across from the beach and boardwalk was why we chose the property but next time I’ll send a little more and stay someone that actually take pride in the appearance and functionally of the rooms they offer."

"Clean, comfortable room but the restaurant currently doesn’t have a liquor license (would have been nice to know in advance) and staff claimed they had no idea what happened or when it would be resolved. Also, room keys didn’t work and I had to go back to have them reprogrammed"

"We stay there for one night. The staff was very friendly very clean rooms, easy access to the parking lot. The only thing we didn’t like is the wall too thin so my neighbors woke us up at 5:33 am they were noisy and smoking and after a long drive that was just to early for us. "

"The room was OVER priced and extremely filthy, we had to wipe up whatever was spilled all over the refrigerator and clothes hutch. We couldn't shower due to the water coming back up from the pipes. There was sand in the tub, and we had not even been to the beach! Over all it was dirty and very uncomfortable. Our A/C was broken also."

"This hotel is a 10 out of 10! The room was immaculate and the shower had a massage ! The bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was like new ! The Mgr was great and they even gave us breakfast for free ! Only a block from the beach ! Would definitely come back again !"
