Quite comfortable, but very basic accommodation

Near center town, but very busy; hotel needs upgrading and maintenance; manager was very helpful, industrious and keen to try and solve problems, but we had no hot water for 3 days. Breakfast very nice, rooms clean.

Rather run down...

Staff were friendly enough. But the rooms (or at least mine) were very run down. Wires hanging out everywhere, chair broken, tiles cracked; door looked like it had been kicked in at some point (and handle loose). Shsme really. Layout looked fine & room was spacious enough.

A town centre hideaway

A nice hostel close to the town centre with helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast basic. As hostels go this was one of the nicer ones, but still a hostel and probably rates two stars
