"Food and location were excellent, the selections at all inclusive meals were some of best we have had. Location is lovely and quiet with not a lot to do in the area but boat taxi available if you want to explore. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the maintenance, read some reviews about the hotel being dated and whilst I didnt agree with this entirely, there were some issues , Patio doors not opening more than 1 body width Toilet had permanent drip which was annoying Area around the pool had parts of the wood coming off Bits of jacuzzi were broken on the inside These were minor things though thay did not at all affect our enjoyment of the stay and the relaxing holiday we were looking for and got."

"Room was lovely and had amazing views! We also had access to the infinity pool area which was lovely. Bar drinks were also really nice. Only faults were that the aircon in the reception area was poor and it was super difficult to get taxis from the hotel - we were sometimes waiting up to an hour in the blazing hot sun as you have to walk to the roadside rather than being able to wait in reception. Spa area and showers were poor."

"A fantastic holiday with our 1 year old. Massive sized rooms and hotel looks huge from the outside which worried us it could be busy but doesn’t feel that busy as rooms are so big. Great location walking distance from the marina with lots of restaurants, super markets and the beach. Staff were amazing and always welcoming in every department. Very family oriented hotel but not tacky like many other family hotels out there. Santa Eulàlia is a great location for families who want to avoid the party side of the island but still have a great atmosphere. Only downside is how expensive the food and drink is at the hotel. €6.50 for a bottle of water at the bar at night and €11.90 for a milkshake! I do expect to pay more on holiday but that seems excessive! We went to the supermarket for waters and other snacks in the end! All round though we loved it and wished we had stayed for longer."
