Lovely views and great apartment

Excellent communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We had a great time and the pool was a real bonus. It’s a great location but definitely needs a car and sensible flat shoes as the hill is exceptionally steep. Overall a lovely peaceful holiday in a great setting.

Todo bien menos el agua

La casa amplia y la piscina solo la usábamos nosotros cuando estábamos, la mayo pega las duchas que tenían poca o nula presión y la temperatura era un caos. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Casa estupenda

El alojamiento es tal como se ve en las fotos y tal como lo describe Giles, su dueño. La atencion fue excepcional ofreciendo todo tipo de facilidades. Como unicas dos pegas, las cuestas para llegar a la casa hacen complicado moverse andando (aunque a cambio hay unas vistas espectaculares desde la piscina) y que la casa tiene muchos objetos y enseres del dueño. Lo mejor, la piscina de uso prácticamente exclusivo para nosotros (a pesar de ser comunitaria) y el gran altavoz bluetooth en el salon para escuchar musica.

Lovely apartment

This big apartment is great the photo's don't do it any justice its more upto date than what u see in them. the kitchen has a lot of shelves with lots of utensils a very modern fridge freezer. Most of the bedrooms are of a good size but like it says in the advert the room with bunk beds in is small it really would only suit kids I'd say upto about 14 years old. there is WiFi in the apartment it won't work in the double bedroom at the far end but it wasn't a problem for me the apartment has a laundry room with all u need to wash clothes there is an iron with a board however the ironing board dose need replacing. The outside area is good with great views of the resort of santa eulària the pool was great too it is a shared pool but we had it all to our selves during our stay. It isin a residential area so u do need to keep the noise down late at night. it is on a very steep hill u can walk down to the resort it took us about 25 30 mins to walk down but we always got a taxi back from santa Eulària every night cost is around 10 12 euros. I would recommend car hire if u want to visit other parts of ibiza also when u need shopping its not a nice hill to walk back up. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who has walking difficulties.the owner Giles was easy to talk with & David who live on the same complex are very helpful any problems & David is a call away. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment to people I know

IBIZA IS ALWAYS A GREAT IDEA

Posto incantevole...casa molto grande...terrazza con piscina stupenda. David è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento e per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Grazie a lui e a Giles...torneremo sicuramente.

Heel vriendelijk geholpen. En in huis tot alles verzorgd en aanwezig als je met een groot gezin bent

Precies zoals de foto s, schoon, verzorgd en het terras is geweldig. Daarbij niet te vergeten het uitzicht die je elke ochtend ziet wanneer je het terras op loopt. In hetzelfde complex is de concierge aanwezig en die was tijdens het verblijf heel makkelijk en snel te bereiken. Al met al een top verblijf! Voor ons zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Great house with good lovarion near beutiful beaches (calas). 100% recomended, the house is even greater than what you can see in the pictures.

We had a lovely stay. Giles was very helpful, and his friend who manages the property. We had shopping done for us and even got a lift to the airport. Yes we would stay again. The villa is as described.
