Awesome
We have stayed in this hotel for the past few years -a family of 4 (2 rooms); and it is great to see the same friendly staff and amazing food at their restaurant -including cocktails at the bar in patio/terrace upstairs with good views all over Santa Fe.

No toiletry. Glasses and plates looked dirty
We travel a lot and this is a first: toiletry wasn't left in the room. the towels were grayish, glasses looked suspiciously dirty. a refrigerator in the room didn't work. this is at best a TWO star hotel. One could hear every car or truck or motorcycle and the personnel were loud, they don't seem to realize that customers were there to rest.

Bad hotel to get sleep!
Bad place to stay if you want to get some sleep. My room was above reception and there is a staircase leading up to my bedroom and all the other bedrooms above. The whole place echoed like an atrium and all the sound from below reception move around the corridors. I was woken up at 6:30 in the morning by loud people laughing and talking to the reception. I could hear doors slamming phone is ringing down in reception and people talking and I am surprised that the receptionist was not controlling the noise at making people are little bit quieter at this time in the morning. Bad Wi-Fi was annoying and kept on cutting out in my room. The hotel staff were very nice and the bar next door did really nice Spanish breakfast but I have to say that I will not be staying here again because I want to sleep at night and in the mornings.

A reasonable hotel.
Checked in quickly.would have liked a stronger signal for wi fi...had to keep going downstairs.Would have been good to have a variety of meals at cafeteria.Breakfast started to get boring because there was no vegetarian option.surroundings more suited to senior citizens.

Great Service
The desk clerk Angel was really great. Helped us with a great attitude and a smile. Room was spacious and clean. Beware, the bed was on wheels and a wood floor so it moved every time we sat down or stood up. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The shower did not stay hot, it was warm-ish & that was about it. Ok location off the freeway, easy to find. Internet worked GREAT!

Hard to find Old, while hallways beautiful, the rooms left much to be desired. Very sparce and dark, felt like a convent room, bed uncomfortable, pillows worse Hotel restaurant not open for dinner, located in basement through some easy to get lost corridors Small shower, no space for toiletries

Disappointing. Quite far out of Granada.
Limited public transport especially later in the evening made the hotel an awkward place for visiting Granada. Some of the rooms were rather dark and dingy and I asked to move. The roof top terrace was closed. Disappointing stay. Breakfast was mediocre.

A good stop en route to the airport.
I can only make a limited appraisal: this is, as far as I could tell, the closest hotel to the Garcia Llorca airport outside of Granada. Since we had an early morning flight to catch, this was a very convenient place to stop for the night before. We got in late and left early, and the hotel staff was very accomodating (arranging for a cab at 5 am, wake-up call, late check-in etc). The room was clean, the hotel was modern and friendly. No doubt it's worth a longer stay to see Santa Fe, but I can say that for our purposes this hotel did its job perfectly.

Casa Del Trio
We enjoyed our stay there. The bus took us to Granada in 15 minutes for 1.3 euros. The breakfast was great. They had a small parking garage for small cars and the staff was very helpful.

Area is quiet but clean. Santa Fe is not a bustling town. A historical town but not one to visit for its beauty. Had to stay here on our trip as it had the only vacancy in the area we could find. As far as hotel goes, as of May 29, 2011, the hotel restaurant food was atrocious altho expensive. Really bland food. Better to go out for dinners.

It was a one night stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The restaurant served good food and all round I would stay again without anny hesitation.

Ei hotel es hermoso, pero como lo mejor de cada lugar es el servicio al cliente, aqui el personal muy poco atentos, estuvimos cuatro noches y jamas nos cambiaron las toallas de baño, el internet muy deficiente y en su restaurant sus platillos lucen esplendidos pero el sabor insipidos.

A chegada e a recepção foi boa o quarto era mau para um casal. Era um quarto preparado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida aí sim estava perfeito, casa de banho grande, cadeira teria muito espaço para se movimentar, a cama achamos má pois um casal teria de saltar por cima de outro vista a cama estar de um lado colada à parede. Havia muito ruído devido à um bar próximo desses quartos. Barulho de clientes e de funcionários com os pratos copos e talheres. Funcionários muito correctos, tanto do bar como de recepção. Fizeram um desconto pelo encomodo dado. Azar do quarto. De resto nada a apontar. A 10mn de Granada. Boa situación.
