The Hacienda & Spa at Hotel Santa Fe
Most welcome we have ever felt at a hotel! Great staff including our butler, Tony! Beautiful place with excellent room including a gas fireplace. We loved the extra touches. Convenient location across the street from the Railyard. Only wish we could have stayed even longer!

The room was great. The poor might manager had to work harder because maintenance left problems behind. An electrical box unmarked? Doors not working. I observed all this in his dealings with customers being served prior. I was upgraded due to a problem with my room which worked out well for me. ...
