"When I checked in the lady at the desk was super friendly and gave us our room keys promptly. The only challenge I had was that amount billed to me by Expedia was $58 more than the cost on the check in receipt. I tried using the customer service on the app and he tried to help, but when I sent the billing receipt to him he said he couldn’t open the attachment that it needed to be less than 2mb in size. I went down to the front desk and the sweet lady googled it on how to reduce my memory size for my iPhone. We created a file, stored it in it, and reduced it down to 128kb in size. So I resent it and the charge as well as my actual charge vs room cost and same problem. He couldn’t open it. I asked him if there was an email, or a fax I could send the articles to, and he said no. This was a process that took about forty five minutes in total, but was totally fruitless except for the gal at the desk who was really trying to help me out. Kudos to her! We enjoyed the place and ended up eating the cost."

"Stayed on 4th floor. Good room. Had dinner at the hotel, it was really good. Waitress was very friendly and had a nice chat with her about the local area. Have stayed here a few times now, will stay again."

"The staff was so nice when we arrived and checked in. The room was clean except for needed to be vacuumed, just a couple small rocks and stuff on the carpet that weren’t picked up. The room was newly remodeled, comfy bed, clean linens, fridge, tv, microwave and coffee pot were all great. My only complaint was the small corner shower that’s so tiny the curtain touches you the whole time you’re in the shower and there’s no soap holder or shelf in the shower so you’re reaching out to grab your soap/shampoo off the back of the toilet. Other than that, excellent property and the new owners have done a great job."
