A lot of attention to detail staff and hotel were remarkable very helpful. Very nice. Everything was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. It’s incredible.

The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

Lovely view from balcony, but... Internal areas need updating. No welcome package, no cooking materials such as oils, peppers, Beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and smelly. Yellow flames from cooker signify lack of maintenance - a safety issue.
