"The large suite exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was great and the hotel was situated perfectly within the city."

"Breakfast was excellent .rooms were great. Staff was friendly . Back and forth traspotation service to grand central was good but they need t o extend pick up time 7:30pm is too early."

"This property is lovely and very convenient to the train station so you can get to city center easily at low cost. We rode into town for dinner. There is not much around the hotel itself."

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "
