"The hotel is ran down and not maintained. Staff at the front desk doesn’t even greet you when you leave/arrive. Every time they help, it feels like you’re forcing them to do you a favor. On TWO different occasions, room service came in and left the door without a lock. I was lucky no one came in ..."

"The first room I was assigned had a very awkward bathroom design/space. The frigobar was rusty and the rooms only have one small trashcan in the bathroom. If you don't leave your key with the front desk, your room does not get maid service. The wifi was reliable. The breakfast was awkwardly set up. ..."
