Hotel Villa Marsili
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel gets 5 stars in my book. The staff was welcoming as soon as we arrived and continued to be help throughout our stay. The rooms were old world elegant and so clean. The breakfast was world class, we have never had such large selections of food that were extremely delicious. They really go above and beyond to treat each of their guests like royalty."
"The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time. "
"A Heartfelt Home Away from Home – Thanks to Silvia!
Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, Silvia made us feel like longtime friends returning home. Her warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality were truly spectacular in every way. The food was nothing short of amazing—every meal felt like a lovingly prepared feast. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with every need thoughtfully covered, making our stay effortlessly comfortable.
We loved that we could easily walk into Cortona proper—such a charming town to explore. It’s also a perfect jumping-off point to visit other stunning Tuscan cities. This is more than just a hotel; it’s a heartfelt experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!"
