"Everyone was amazing, the only downside is that there are a lot of LEDs in the rooms so the room is quite lit when you want to sleep. The worst being the fire alarm right above the bed which has a green LED which blinks every 5 seconds. "

"Staff all go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience! In Italy when it’s cooler weather, they control the AC and they feel you don’t need it. Most hotels do the same. I asked if there was anything they can do because I like sleeping with cold ac regardless of the temperature outside. He first said nothing could be done but somehow the ac started to cool. The location is safe and wonderful and close to everything, no need to drive. Love all of it! "
