"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We rented a room with a hot tib and due to storms the hot tub stopped functioning. We were told it could not be fixed and because we used expedia we could not get a refund for the loss of the amenity we paid for. Once they determined that the hot tub could not be fixed they should have offered another room or some other accommodation. Not handled well from my perspective."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel SantโAndrea! The hotel is beautiful, charming, and in the perfect location in Santa Margherita Ligure โ close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the entire property has so much character. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel right at home. Such a special little hotel and the perfect base for exploring the Ligurian coast. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Our check in was very disappointing. The room was very small so I request an upgrade which I was happy to pay for- the receptionist explained they had a room but it was being cleaned, for us to go enjoy lunch and come back to sort it out. On our return they had sold the room to someone else. Hotel location is nice, rooms tiny and old/ worn. Beach set up in also very small with sun loungers crammed together. the beach is lovely. Stay in a proper hotel and come use the beach!"

"Beautiful property and location. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Vistamare breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and beach area are well kept and inviting. The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure."
