"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"The room was immaculate! There is AC, heat, plenty of sunshine if you get a room with a window. This hotel also has a full breakfast, with traditional Mexican dishes AND American favorites. The breakfast is included in the stay and varied a bit from day to day. Coffee and juice are also provided. You can flush the toilet paper down the toilet 😳! Beautiful terrace (used for breakfast, but otherwise accessible). The hotel staff were helpful, patient with my broken Spanish and an absolute joy to have! HIGHLY recommend."
