"This hotel is brand new, in a very lovely and full of character old building, fully renovated. Front desk staff was superb. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy. Located just a short walk from Piacenza Station, and perhaps a 15 minute walk to the city center. The Sushi restaurant right next door is delicious. Highly recommend."

"Situated 15mins walk from city centre, 10 mins from train station. Clean rooms, bedding ok (extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe). Friendly staff although we didn’t see them much. Kitchen facilities and common rooms (we didn’t use). Would definitely recommend and use again. Only downside was cost of coffee from the vending machines, bit expensive."

"One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors. "
