"Gigantic room, bigger than most studio apartments in the States. All the amenities one could think of. Excellent staff and ownership. Excellent location in relation to center of town. "

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"There was nothing in common with the pictures they show and the reality. It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. The only think we liked is the garden! "

"I stayed only one night at this hotel, but I loved everything about it. It's so cozy and beautiful. The courtyard is so inviting. I had lunch and drinks with family. Staff is welcoming and efficient. My room was beautiful and clean as well. Having coffee and water in my room made this a perfect stay. I will definitely stay there again!"

"Magnificent property! We fell in love with Oaxaca, we’ll be returning for sure and will be staying here for sure! The property is centrally located 5-15 min walking distance from all the historic center spots to visit. Amazing restaurants all around also within steps. The staff was amazing and super attentive, we wanted to visit Tule and a couple of other spots, and rather than getting us a tour with a ton of other people they were able to get us a private tour with guide. The decor is beautiful and modern, but beautifully kept the integrity of the historic architecture and design of the building. "

"We loved the proximity of the hotel to the square. We also really enjoyed the parking provided as it gave us peace of mind knowing our vehicle was safe inside a garage. I would highly recommend almost everything about this hotel. The only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows, making this change would definitely increase my rating of this hotel. "

"This is a beautiful, family-friendly hotel located right next to El Zocalo, El Mercado de Benito Juarez, and 20 de Noviembre. Included in our stay was an artful gourmet breakfast prepared and served by wonderful kitchen staff. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and serviced daily by staff. Also, the hotel offers an in-house travel agent, Sra. Carmen, who helped us plan wonderful and memorable excursions and was flexible with our family needs. While the hotel is in the center of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful inside. We plan to stay here again in the future! "
