Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. "Overall the resort I would rate as good but needs some updating. Rooms are good and clean but would not recommend staying on the lowest floor as our first room there smelt of drainage and did not have a lot of natural lighting due to vegetation over growth on the balcony. My wife and I are sport active and one of the reasons we booked this resort as it had outdoor courts and a gym. The courts had primarily tennis with one of the three courts lined extra with pickleball but keeping the tennis net. They are missing the mark here, as pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the world. They could easily keep one court as tennis and convert the other two to multiple pickleball courts with the proper nets. The gym needs to be update, equipment was old and what they had did not utilize the space well. Including the through traffic to get to the courts. I have to say though the staff is amazing, from cleaning, to restaurant, to spa and gym staff. All came with a smile and happy to help. Our move to the third floor room with partial oceanview greatly enhanced the trip. "
