The Hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us very well when we checked in. They offered beach towels which can be used the whole day and returned towards the end of the day. They also offered free breakfast which included various options everyday.

The property is a good option for the price. The parking isn't great since they have ongoing construction. I parked in the street every night, but it was within a 30 second walk of the hotel so it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great and the pool area is beautiful. Strongly recommend staying.

Originally put into an inferior queen size suite. We had booked a king suite. Having a way to keep beveages cold would be a necessity in a hot climate! The included breakfast was really quite good! We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was not addressed satisfactorily! The Air conditioning unit worked well although the remote control was mostly inoperable!

We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return. It was a bit strange to see ants inside the rooms, but you quickly realize it's just Mexico, not something exclusive to the hotel. Everyone was friendly and when necessary we could communicate through translation apps. The only issue we had were the party buses driving by late into the night/early morning while blasting music. (This didn't bother me, but my brother was on the 1st floor and said it kept him up.)

Habitación amplia, limpia, la luz del baño estaba fallando, toallas limpias, agua caliente, la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, cama cómoda, para trasladarse es necesario tomar taxi, a menos que lleves carro, la tarifa mínima del taxi es de 80 pesos, pero uno que otro llega a cobrar $100.

Execelente hotel está cerca del la bahía de Tangolunda, de playa arrocito, bahía santa cruz, del centro literalmente están muy cerca en auto muy limpio, el desayuno está muy completo, las personas que te atienden son muy serviciales, las albercas muy limpias, sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

No me gustó el área de restaurante,era al aire libre y en el desayuno había muchas moscas y aves de rapiña .we robaban la comida, muy incómodo. Las albercas del área de restaurante, en la de niños se veía muy sucia la grande no se si tenía sus sistema de limpieza.
