Attractive, clean and comfortable, with high-ceilings and local style. The staff were kind and helpful, and let us leave our baggage down in their 'resguardo' until we left for the airport. A great little restaurant on either side. The Oaxaca one had an excellent buffet breakfast (Sats and Suns only), and the fish restaurant on the other side was very good too.

Good hotel for zocalo

Plain simple room. Small bathroom area. AC was great. Room in annex but quieter then elsewhere....very noisy in zocalo on Saturday night...music etc , but not traffic. Good register ration timing......overall good....buffet breakfast good and varied....

Cómodo.

El hotel es muy cómodo y el servicio de recepción muy amable. El único detalle es que como está sobre un restaurante, huele a comida por las noches.

Hotel bien ubicado a un costado del zocalo, todo esta a la mano, cajero, tiendas, restaurantes, mercado y transporte, lo único malo es que al estar tan céntrico hay un bar vecino que en algunas ocaciones fue ruidoso, además de que no hay agua caliente pero eso no afectó mucho por el calor que hace en la zona.

Pésimo; llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que la reservación había sido vendida. Y para colmo 15 minutos después de que nos dicen que no respetaron la reservación nos envían un mensaje de texto diciendo que el hotel nos esperaba y que nuestra reservación estaba lista. Expedía y el hotel pésimo servicio.

Muy buena ubicación, La terraza del hotel me gustó, ya que de ahí se observa hasta el parke del centro, lo malo del hotel fue que nos dieron la habitación ya muy tarde hasta las 7 de la noche por que aún no estaba limpia, también que hay mucho ruido en la noche no deja dormir, por que por ahi cercas hay un Karaoke y hasta muy tarde deja de funcionar, y no hay estacionamiento, todo lo demás bien.
