Fantastic hotel!! Affordable, very, very clean and right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a beautiful beach area and 2 adjacent towns to explore as well. We stayed in a room in the main building, so we had a large communal balcony overlooking the water. The one and only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a mini fridge in the room, it would have been nice to keep a few cold beverages and water on hand.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL (unless you are on the run and trying to hide out in a hell hole!) The stench of rotting fish was atrocious and completely horrible. The ongoing new construction was intolerable. There was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning was super loud and inefficient resulting in horrible conditions. The staff were far less than helpful.

Amazing location with a beautiful view. Hotel is in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also easy access to public transportation. The property is rundown and in need of some care and attention. Staff were on-sight but mostly sitting around and not interested in doing their job. The same dirty ashtray and broken glass laid by the stairs/entrance for 2 weeks. Bottles, ashtrays and dirty dishes were left by the beach chairs overnight. Guests regularly cleaned this up so they could use the chairs and umbrellas. Patios and steps were never swept. Room was thick with greasy dust in the kitchenette, on the bedroom ceiling and on the fan. We weren't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but when we saw staff around and nothing basic being done it was disappointing.

El día que llegamos nos asignaron una habitación en el edificio de enfrente, el cual no tenía servicio de agua, ofreciéndonos cambiar a las que están a pie de playa por una cantidad… De no ser porque nos encontramos con el dueño (un gringo suuuuper amable, gracias por cierto!) quien pidió que nos reubicaran a una súper habitación con vista al mar, obvio sin costo alguno, hubiéramos padecido sin agua. El personal de recepción nos reubicó pero la atención por parte de ellos ya no fue buena, en nuestra habitación no había nada de artículos de aseo o baño, como lo muestran en las fotos… lamentable! Gracias a la atención del dueño nuestra estancia al final fue genial! El lugar muy bonito (el edificio a pie de playa) muy cómodo y con excelente ubicación! Si volveríamos!
