"This hotel is a good choice for budget travelers wanting to explore Cost Smeralda. It is less than 1 hour drive from all surrounding area, which made it convenient. The property had its glory days but is now a bit worn down in need of modern upgrades. It is a large property, with free parking, nice pool, playground, soccer field, great for families. The room were spotless. They need updates but were clean, AC worked well & we slept comfortably. Included breakfast was also good. Overall, we had a good stay. They staff was courteous & we enjoyed our time there."

As someone who teaches hospitality in New York City and travels frequently, I don’t say this lightly—I was genuinely amazed by the level of customer service and hospitality we experienced here. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and sincerely friendly. The service felt genuine, not scripted, and everyone made us feel truly cared for. A very special thank you to Louisa at the front desk. She is truly one of a kind! Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made such a lasting impression on us. Before our boat trip, she even surprised us with a cooler bag to take with us for the day—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s thoughtful and caring approach to hospitality. She is exactly the kind of person every hotel hopes to have representing them. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was another highlight, with delicious fresh options and eggs prepared à la minute, exactly the way you like them. The restaurant deserves special recognition. "We stayed in a cottage, which was situated in a good location, close to tne beach. This resort is off a rugged but beautiful stretch of coast. The resort is beautiful, plenty of nature all around. It’s spread out over a hilly site, but has a free electric golf buggy service to get you about. There resort also offers a good mixture of swimming pools and cash bars. The entertainment on offer was good if you wanted it. We did an excellent excursion by boat along the coast as far a Cala Luna. Some of these beaches are stunning. We snorkelled every day and saw a good variety of fish. It’s a really nice resort and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
