"After Rome, this was a sweet find for 1 night before heading on our cruise. We had an ocean view in a spacious room with the bed upstairs and the kids downstairs (we picked the room in advance), walking distance to everything including the train station, dining, beach, and town. The staff was nice from arrival to check out. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent. While clean, it is an older building so that is evident ... we were ok with it though. Would definitely revisit if staying longer in Civitavecchia (honestly, restaurants closeby were also great!)."
"This was a great 1 night stop for us after our cruise. The rooms are very simple, but it is well kept and perfect for what we needed. The staff was great at helping us arrange transportation to/from port and airport."
"Staff's English language speaking skills not that great. Need more options on breakfast , customers willing to pay more. Need an English speaking staff at the reception desk at night time."
"We absolutely loved our stay at Ville Delle Palme and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome by the reception team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every member of staff we met was lovely—from the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, to the restaurant staff, who were always smiling, attentive, and made us feel so welcome.
Breakfast was one of the highlights each morning. There was a great selection of fresh, delicious food, and sitting on the terrace with the stunning sea views made it even more special. It was the perfect way to start each day.
The hotel has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone who works there genuinely cares about making guests feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Santa Marinella.
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend Ville Delle Palme—you won’t be disappointed!"
"The staff was amazing! They were so personable and accommodating. Great location to walk to the beach. There was a lot of attention to detail all around."
"The hotel charged a tourist tax upon chicken that was previously not disclosed.
The room was clean, but some of the walls had some mildew.
The bar attendant was extremely helpful and professional."
