Excellent location, quiet, but near the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small, but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Although parking on the street was available, we were allowed to park in the courtyard, which was more secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice about where to visit and how to get there. The pool, while not large, was clean and refreshing.

Basic hotel - no hot water.

There was no hot water in the hotel. The breakfast is served from menu and there is very poor choice. No one speaks English and you need to know at least basic Spanish to communicate. The hotel is walking distance from the centre, so it's quiet there, but get on the main beach you either need to walk 15-20 minutes or take a taxi. Beds could me more soft - a bit too firm for me. Ther room was big enought to accommodate 4 guests.

Un hotel muy limpio, muy tranquilo, ubicado muy cerca de la playa, a unas cuadras. La alberca tiene medida ideal, la atención fue muy buena. Si vuelvo a Santa Marta, sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar ahí.

No recibí la habitación por la que pagamos. Pequeños insectos negros en la cama cada noche para matar. Cambiamos sabanas cada noche. Ducha sin cabezal de ducha. Colchón vale 50,000 pesos. Great staff!

The staff at Hotel Palma Blanca del Mar are incredible! I left my phone in a taxi and they tracked it down for me. They were always friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a nice pool. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but overall we were happy with the hotel. The location is close to the beach, though it is not in the center of the city.

El hotel es lindo en fachada, pero sus camas son horribles de incomodas, es como estar durmiendo en el suelo de duro, realmente si todas las camas son así no lo recomiendo para nada, esta un poco retirado de la playa principal Rodadero.

On a plutôt l'impression d'être ds une auberge plutôt qu'un hotel.la chambre du premier soir était minuscule mais on en a demandé une plus grande pour le lendemain et celle-ci était très correcte. Le déjeuner est bien, sans plus. Bien que ce soit Rodadero Sur c'est un peu cher.
