The phone didn’t work. The cable service wasn’t working either. They clean room but didn’t change towel while we stayed three days. Terrible service overall

I never write bad reviews but this hotel was like a prison. Check in receptionist was unfriendly took 45 minutes to check us in and made us feel very unwelcome demanded a deposit on a prepaid reservation we ended up in a room with no windows looked like a prison cell everything has wear and tear. Avoid for the price get a known chain hotel than this prison

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that the beach is a short walking distance. Room was on the second floor, clean and comfortable. The pool was very comfortable and a nice relaxing lounging area with greenery and plants around the property. I recommend this place for it's quiet, local neighborhood vibe.

Overpriced for the quality. I have not seen that before, but the mini fridge/ mini bar was in the bathroom opposite the toilet, very unsanitary. As well as the wardrobe, was also in the bathroom. Only one electric outlet was working to charge / use for devices. Good staff, friendly and attentive.

Hotel close to beach
Hotel includes various buildings for different activities, sauna, Turkish bath , private setting at boutique for couples , the beach is close by and pleasant only draw back you get bothered by locals trying to sell you stuff so really you don't get to relax much at the beach because of the constant bothering of people trying to sell you stuff. Other than than I really enjoyed my stay, there is a nice strip mall close by walking distance from the hotel where there is different types of food ...

No restaurant over 10 pm
we arrived later, and cannot eat because no just the hotel has not restaurant; you need to go one block to the other hotel of the chain to eat, but after 10 pm there is no service!

Relaxation away from the crowds
'Santorini Boutique' is 100m away from its larger sister hotel 'Santorini Resort' but is far more secluded with bigger rooms. The service is excellent, complimented by a menu and wine list in the main restaurant this is the best I experienced in Santa Marta. Only downside is that it has just a small waddling pool but you can take advantage of the two large pools at the sister hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great except the A/C blew right onto the bed
I loved the hotel and the value. Glad we chose the intimacy of the boutique hotel over the "resort". The only issue I had was over the A/C blowing right onto the bed, with nothing more than a thin sheet to cover us up. When turning off the A/C it got too hot, so there was never a happy medium.

Good hotel poorly maintain.
First they gave me a room with no windows next to the kitchen. Imagine how noisy it was. I ask for a different room and they relocated me to the Santorini Resort in another building. The new room was spacious with an spectacular view of the ocean but the air conditioning was not working properly, it had a water lick so in the middle of the night I had to turn it off. The hotel ammenities are nice with three pools and nice restaurants. The gym needs maintenance. It has two life fitness threadmills but one of the was not working.

The design is great, thats all. Most of the features are unavailable... the wifi never worked, cable, either. You need it- everything shuts down when it rains. They close all of their restaurants and everything is outdoors. I booked a massage which is at their sister property, after waiting for an hour under a tree in the outdoor lounge, I went back to the resort. They said no food was available because it was raining, but I could go back to the sister property and they should cook. Their answer to not wanting to walk back was there is a mini bar. So we ate potato chips until the restaurants opened around 7. They close at ten, so if you intend on having an evening up at the Sky Bar, your servers will graciously remind you its time to take your drinks to go- if it wasnt rented out for a wedding, which means there is no restaurant onsite (their third restaurant, the Alhambra, doesnt open because "the menu is too small".) Again, they tell you to go back to their sister property, the boutique. If you book a couples massage, it means 1 therapist, you pay for two massages, two separate rooms while the therapist runs back and forth. The best part was being asked for my credit card four times, when the bank shut it down for being run too much, we were treated like thieves. It was a three hout ordeal, which when I offered cash for a bottle of water, the receptionist told me, there is no bottled water onsite...go to the sister property. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommended, relaxing hotel. Excellent restaurants. The whole complex looks good, we enjoyed roof-top pool. Being there in a low season, we had the pool almost for ourselves.
