"Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. We arrived very late past midnight after missing a flight in São Paulo. We used the WhatsApp message service and the staff got back to us instantly to say someone would be there to let us in. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Location is great, right in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and places to eat. Not far from the mall either. We will definitely stay again."
