"Second stay at property. Great service and staff.
The only thing I would mention to people not aware of the area is that you do hear motorcycles early evening. In both stays they provide ear plugs in the room which is nice. I also like that there is carbonated water available at the water station on the 3rd floor. Bring a water bottle to take advantage.
I highly recommend staying here if you're in Merced. Will stay here in a heartbeat if I am ever in Merced"
"I appreciated that the laundry facility was available 24 hours a day. The parking was convenient, the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet."
FairBridge Inn & Suites Merced/Gateway to Yosemite
8/10 Good
"Needed a quick room for a stop between LA and Modesto, and this hotel was ideal. Pricing was fair and reasonable. It’s not a Ritz-Carlton by any means, but for what I paid, I couldn’t be happier.
I slept like a baby - the room was very clean and clearly finished with care. Not a single stray paint overspray; it felt like it was painted by a perfectionist. Even some higher-end hotels can miss that detail.
I’d absolutely recommend FairBridge Inn & Suites Merced for a quick overnight stay."
"The place was dirty and filthy and had a lot of homeless people hanging around on the staircases laying in the hallways lot of drug use not the place I ideally pick for myself or family or recommend to anyone I know"
"The hotel had only one other occupant as far as I could tell and we got placed right next to them. They had guests over, were loud and up late and woke us up many times having sex! Walls are more than thin. It was the hardest bed and we got 2 very thin pillows. The door isn’t right fit as there was a decent gap around the whole frame allowing air and bugs to get in. The picture is not what it looks like from the front, so much so I drove around a few times trying to find it thinking no way this run down hotel was it."
