This hotel without the staff would be 3.5. The attendants make this hotel a very nice experience. The attendants are extra nice.No AC but is quite cool at nights. The menu is a bit limited but what they offered was very good. If you don’t understand that bugs are part of the country scene this hotel is not for you. NO roaches to be clear but little flying bugs that are attracted to lights will pop up at night. Installing screens would help. Is affordable clean simple and comfortable

El Wifi no funcionaba, me parece extraño que la cena se pueda ordenar hasta las 6:30pm !! El lugar es muy bonito pero tienen de mejorar muchos detalles.

Nous n’étions pas attendu malgré notre réservation,chambre sans eau chaude,sans wifi ….mais le personnel est vraiment adorable et le site est malgré tout très sympa

Es un lugar muy agradable y muy adecuado para ir a Termales de Santa Rosa. El hotel ofrece una sesión de jacuzzi y dispone de un buen restaurante. La habitación no es muy espacio sa pero dispone de todo lo necesario. Fue una estancia de dos días muy agradable y relajante

Una experiencia muy linda. El lugar hermoso. Los cuartos muy limpios y cómodos. La atención de Isabella y Lorena excelente. Sin súper ajqbles y simpáticas. Dan la milla extra. Volvería feliz a quedarme allí. Lo recomiendo!

Tuvimos buen servicio! Sin embargo, el servicio de desayuno incluido fue muy malo! Muy poco y demorado.
