"I had a great experience staying at the Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Caracas. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff was always professional and attentive. I especially want to recognize Shannon Angilello for going above and beyond during my stay. I had an issue with my room, and she handled the situation very fast and efficiently, moving me to another room immediately and making sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Caracas."

"Puntos a favor: En pleno centro de caracas ideal para hacer diligencias como tramites en SAIME, CNE, entre otros La panadería tiene una gran variedad para desayunos y el café es excelente, también cuenta con restaurante y sus arepas son muy buenas Puntos en contra: Tiene algunas habitaciones que no tienen ventanas, cuando llegamos nos dieron una así y no la soporte pedí un cambio y nos la dieron al dia siguiente, el wifi es demasiado lento constantemente se colgaba y el televisor tenía cable pero solo se veían canales nacionales, si quieres hielo tienes que pedirlo, si te dan agua cundo te entregan la habitación pero cuando se acabe tienes que rellenarla en recepción del botellón que tienen allí, necesite el servicio de lavandería si te laban la ropa por $10 la lavadora pero no le pusieron jabón a la ropa 🙈, la habitación no cuenta contaba con nevera y estuvimos en otros hoteles en donde las habitaciones mas sencillas contaban con nevera."
