"Friendly staff. Nicely located near beach and restaurants and everything. Everything related to plumbering needed some freshness... Also the parking was not too convenient, but not worse than every place in Santa Teresa."

"Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."

"This was a great stay. Less than 5 min to the beach, there is a dirt path across the street. Everyone who tends to the property is so very helpful. We arrived way later than planned and Richard was so accommodating. He even carried our bags up. The place was super cute, pool was a great way to end the day.
