Loved our time here

My wife and I (American) were visiting Santarem as my brother and his wife (originally from Santarem) were in town so could be our guides for a few days! The original hotel that was recommended to me was fully booked so I looked on the map, found this close to riverfront, reviews looked good so I gave it a try. We booked 2 separate stays (as we were doing some traveling inbetween). The hotel room was excellent - clean, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a shower/bathroom and a balcony. The staff were great. They didn't speak much English but we got by fine and they were really friendly. Waldemar was particularly helpful - when we said how much we loved our room for the first stay he ensured we got the same one for our second stay. They really looked after us.
Our bed was really comfortable.
We had a small balcony, we could look down toward the riverfront.

Bom hotel perto da orla

A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa, o café da manhã é bom e possui variedades, o quarto é limpo, porém, como aluguei em cima da hora, o quarto que peguei nao era arejado, portanto nao tinha luz natural, mas como foi viagem a trabalho e só dormia prtaicamente pra mim serviu. Quanto a localizacao, o hotel fica a uma quadra da orla, localizacao boa para ir comer a noite.

Os quartos são bons com cama dentro do padrão de confortável. Quarto bem limpo, te acesso ao YouTube e canal de filmes. Bem Próximo a orla e ao centro comercial assim é uma excelente acomodação pq pode fazer as coisas a pé. Senti falta de um abajur no quarto. Recepcionistas muit educados e dispostos. O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. Na vi muita variedade e um dos dia faltou reposição dos produtos.Assim, chegando um pouco mais tarde vc não encontrará muitas opções e fria. Achei que falta um pouco de agilidade da limpeza da mesas. No mais, é muito bom! Viagem com família e achamos o quarto amplo.
